It also begs the question as to whether or not you have a trial version of Office installed on your computer which possibly be the cause of what you're running into. If you do, then this should be uninstalled and the Office version you're actually using should be repaired. Lastly, this really is a question that needs to be posed to Zoom support since it's their application that is invoking whatever it is you're encountering.
